Sessions range from 25 minutes to 75 minutes depending on your goals and skin type. FaceGym also allows you to continue your training digitally via trainers or classes on its website.




You could also purchase the mini pilates balls, derma rollers, tonics, Gua Sha and treatment used in their studio classes from the website. There are even mini sets designed specifically for online classes. You do not have to use the products for the exercises but it’s important to add these workouts to your daily skin care routine.





Is FaceGym enough on its own?

Cosmetics and chemical products could only do so much to improve your skin health as skin usually reflects what’s going on inside the body. Of course, genetic factors should not be ignored. Having a flawless skin requires both internal and external support.


Change your eating habits.


A healthy diet is essential to boost skin and physical health. Maintaining a balanced diet, consuming nutrients that are rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants have protective effects for the skin. Include nuts, green vegetables, seeds and foods that provide omega-3 in your meals. Limit chips, fast food, carbs and sweet.
