We all know the saying, “If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life.”The secret to a happy life naturally lies in a happy career. We asked six people who have managed to make this saying the centre of their lives about the secrets of working with love.
Graduated from Middle East Technical University’s Department of Industrial Design, Murat Türkili says he decided to be a part of the Beymen family when he was still a student. Artistic Director at Beymen, Türkili continues to create designs for Academia, Beymen Club, and Beymen Collection.
You’re one of those lucky people who love their job. How does loving what you do influence your view on life?
I think I’m more positive towards life. I’m very lucky to have a happy professional life for 30 years.

Most of us dreamed of being something when we were kids. Did you realize your dream, or did life lead you in a different direction? Can you tell us about your journey?
It was actually a long journey for me. This is my 30th year anniversary and I’m working on a lovely book project about it. When I look back, I can say that I achieved my childhood dream. That’s why I love my job. When I read the letters my friends sent me, I see that I always dreamed of becoming a member of the Beymen family, of being under its roof. It makes me very happy to manifest who I am and what I do and to create on a platform which has given me the chance to realize my dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
My favourite thing would be innovation. Creating and recreating something new is one of the most important things for me.
What about the challenges?
The biggest challenge is the people you have to deal with when you want to do something perfectly.
